Arrowwood truly has something special going on! They treated me like a person and an individual and NOT like another number/statistic… The staff truly cares about your recovery and will help you on the daily from medications, to groups, one-on-one help, to helping you setup your aftercare and relapse prevention plan. They cover everything from A to Z because they really care about your well being and future. A lot of their staff are in recovery as well and that makes a world of difference, because they can relate to you and what you are going through.

Arrowwood addiction center is a great facility for recovering addicts and alcoholics. I was the first patient here and the staff catered to my needs as much as they possibly could. They have luxury amenities, TV’s in rooms, soft full beds, lots of activities and amazing people to talk to. I can guarantee the patients here will be taken care of and taught life-skills that they can use for their recovery. The food is great and you can order your own as well. This experience has made me grow immensely and taught me things I never knew. They help you create an after plan and set them up with other facilities if you choose to go to sober living or IOP.

I gave Arrowwood 5 stars because it is one of the nicest treatment facilities with all the amenities you could want and the best staff who really care and wants to see you succeed!! From the directors of the facilities, therapists, case managers, group facilitators, nurses, BHTs, and facilities staff everyone has been amazing from day one. The admin staff including the COO(Brian), director of operations(Josh) and DON (Crissy) are on the floor interacting with the patients on the regular if they are on site. They are approachable and will take time out of their schedules to talk with you, no matter what it is. They truly care about the clients and the fact that they are accessible to all clients is something that you don’t usually see in places like this. As far as the therapists they pull you a couple of times a week for sessions which is cool and not always the case at some facilities. Andrealetta has a very bright personality, seems to really care about getting to know you, and is easy to talk to. Bailey and Rory the CMs follow up with you daily to work on keeping you in touch with your family and any needs you may have during your stay and when you leave. Bailey has worked really hard to help me to take care of a lot of things I had going on which took away a lot of stress. Bronwynne, Kia, Keagen, Andrew, and Tay are awesome group facilitators who really try to help you by pushing you to take something away from each group. Despite the intense group schedule they do what they can to make it fun and I have learned a lot. All of the nurses including Kat, Kim, Kayla, Melissa, Melissa, Amber, Kylah, Hillary, Dana, Shannon, Michael, just to name a few, have been amazing and are very caring. I have never felt judged or treated wrong by any of them. The BHTs have been great also with some of them being in recovery themselves and they are the ones you interact with the most. They have gone out of their way to be there to talk or to help you in anyway they can. From the morning staff, Kelsey, Darrell, Mo’nique, Lillian, Chris, Laura, and Jennifer are always there to wake you up with a good morning and get you to group on time throughout the day. Second shift, Jessica, Kenny, Sterling, Megan, Brandy, Jay, Nelson, Dajamay work their butts off to keep us in line after the group day is over. Third shift, Angie, Lou, Z, James are all super chill and are there if you can’t sleep and need to talk to someone. I have had great conversations with all the BHTs and they have really made my stay here a good one. Also they have food catered every day and every fridge is stocked with water, Gatorade, and about 5 different types of soda at all times. There are also snacks and candy and if they don’t have something you need they will try to accommodate you. Shoutout to the kitchen staff Greg and Bun for feeding and cleaning up after everyone. Also the alumni coordinator Lori is super down to earth and easy to talk to and has planned some fun events for people to connect when they get out. Also, Adam the facilities manager has fixed anything and everything that needed to be fixed immediately and is a pretty cool dude. As far as the amenities the copper bath is amazing and really relaxing, their is also a barber/hairdresser on staff once a week, a sauna, tonal gym, PS5, Nintendo switch, ping pong,pool and game table and the masseuse, Renee. Renee has been amazing and has gone out of her way to help heal but is also very caring and easy to talk to. Also let’s not forget the best thing about this place is you can vape anywhere and there is a TV with Netflix, Hulu and YouTube in every room. Hopefully I don’t have to come back to this place but 10 out of 10 I will recommend. I got mad love for this place and all the people I’ve met( hopefully I didn’t leave anyone out)!!
